West Coast Machining, Inc. is a general machine shop located in Santa Fe Springs, California. We provide machining and prototypes for the Aerospace and Energy industries.
Through our customers, West Coast Machining has machined large rings for all of the major aircraft engine manufacturers like Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, Rolls Royce, Volvo, Honeywell, M.T.U. and more. Due to the demand in higher thrust engines,
we are able to fulfill these requirements by using our large Vertical Turret Lathes (V.T.L.s) that allow us to
turn up to 174" in diameter.
Many of the metals we machine are exotic (Inco 718, Waspaloy, 6-4 Titanium, HR120, etc.) These materials are used on turbine engines and stationary
engines for commercial and military application. West Coast Machining can also provide services for heat treating, sonic
inspections, cutting,
trepanning and welding.
West Coast Machining's success is based on these key points:
Commitment to provide our customer with the highest quality service.
